I have been doing web design and creation for over ten years. I am not what one would call a professional at this process. I have limited experience but enjoy the process as well as creating a product that is both functional and satisfying to the owner. My experience is mostly with making my own personal web pages.
The first web site I made was a donation project for our local chapter of the Palouse Audubon Society. As a member of the group, I saw there was a need to have a web page to serve the area’s public about both the National Audubon Society and The Palouse Audubon Society Chapter. This community group is very active in presenting good information to the general public about birds as well as other environmental causes in the area. This web site remains surprisingly as it was when I made it back in 1997 and can be found at: Palouse Audubon
I find the learning process of web design and code quite interesting. I am currently learning a bit of Javascript to incorporate into the pages I make where that type of product is applicable to the creations I construct.
I have several of my own personal web domains, like this one. The site that I am particularly happy with is the one which presents the wildflowers from where I live. This site is found here: Plants
